We contacted Brad Long from Launch Construction last summer in regards to either a renovation or building a new house on our lot on the Shuswap. We decided to go ahead with the new build and hired Brad as he had some great ideas and much knowledge about building on the water in regard to new bylaws etc. Our only stipulation was that we hoped we wouldn’t miss a summer season at the lake so our completion time was really important to us. Brad looked after everything including demolition of our old house. Brad kept in constant communication with us during the winter as the house was going up and even sent pictures if we couldn’t be out there to see the progress. Everything went super from start to finish and we are so thrilled with the end result. We were also able to move in to our finished house right on schedule! I would recommend Launch Construction very highly and would not hesitate to hire him if I was ever building another house.
